Before beginning site work, the client needed a highly accurate snapshot of the topography to protect against litigation and validate construction progress. Without this baseline, they risked disputes over design changes and liability during multi-entity projects.
We deployed drone-based photogrammetry to capture a detailed, pre-construction model of the site. By combining ground control with high-resolution aerial imagery, we created a clear topographic record. We, then, delivered it in multiple formats for easy access, measurement, and 3D viewing.
The site was open and clear of dense vegetation, making it well-suited for photogrammetry. We confirmed the conditions were ideal for visual capture and accurate surface modeling.
